Saïdou Sow (French: Saïdou Sow; born July 4, 2002) is a Guinean footballer who plays as a defender for Saint-Etienne.

Saidou began his football career in the youth team of Neuilly-sur-Marne, from where he moved to the academy of Saint-Étienne in 2016. On September 30, 2020, he signed his first professional contract. On October 3, 2020, he made his debut in the main team of Saint-Etienne in the French Ligue 1 match against Lens, replacing Maxence River in the 16th minute of the game.
