Garlicish is too lazy no one {team}above the relegation zone will want him.Doesnt create game,dosnt look to create holes in the defence,no interested in to get rid of defenders to find positions that can give him a chace to cross,pass the ball or shoot.

If he was delivering on the training ground or in matches he would be in the team.

We owe everything we've won to Pep. But even Pep screwed up! Did he find a good right back to replace Walker? NO!!! Lewis is not strong nor fast,,,, Nunes has done a good job but that isn't his position. The same goes for the left back, and neither Dias nor Akanji are to be trusted,,,,, Yet everybody knows how to point out all Jack's mistakes!! There has been times this season where Grealish deserved to play ahead of Foden & Gundogan, but for some reason, he stayed on the bench.

Grealish hasn't contributed much with assists and goals. Injuries have disrupted his rhythm and prevented him from being consistent in the lineup.
If Foden doesn't pickup his form next season and doesn't stay healthy, he would suffer the same fate as Jack.
Grealish is great player but overrated in my opinion, hasn’t produced enough since he made the move from AV, he’ll be good for Chelsea or back to AV, still a good player.

If Grealish is keen on a proper football career then he should leave. If he wants a job that could take care of his future more, he will stay. Pep doesnt want him, its clear he doesn't like the pisshead attitude.They paid 100M for him but due to player contract ammoritsation if they sell him they probably need about £30M to not put him down as a loss on the books. While paying 100 and selling for 30M is a bit embarrassing it still works for accounting requirements.
