30mil per year is a lot. This plus the puma sponsor ship is a good amount of money for the club.

The full deal seems to be pretty beneficial and allows for more sponsorship deals to add in, which we didn’t have previously

So what is the pushback? Dortmund fan from the USA here. Is Vodafone a bad company? Other than their logo being red, which we’ve had before in evonik. What is the rub? Feels like a sound deal financially.

  4. Vodafone has a shitload of money and the red logo gives a little bit of e.on Vibes. So yeah I like it.

Well, as a former Vodafone customer, I do see parallels.
Both, Vodafone and BVB, often look good on paper, but sometimes just don’t work as expected – including multiple complete failures within just a few weeks.

So yeah, I guess from a historical perspective, that’s a fit. For the future, I just hope we’ll perform like WE die in the last weeks and not like Vodafone. 😉

Good for the Club. No more Black 1&1 Box on jersey and maybe a top 10 sponsor design. Could be a nice jersey next season, hopefully puma doesnt fuck up…

If you squint really hard, it kind of looks like a big C, so I guess I’m OK with it.

  8. I actually really loved all the Vodafone concepts jerseys which I saw hopefully this brings a new good luck for us

I have fond memories of Man Utd playing in Vodafone shirts and also Vodafone is my ISP and I rarely have problems with it (I heard other people do encounter that more often though) so yeah I’m happy about it.
