If we use him as cover for Joelinton as and when needed that's fine as long as the wages don't get in the way but he's not going to get in ahead of Barnes and Gordon. It all depends on how Eddie would want to use him. If anyone can get his numbers up, it's Howe.

We haven't been ''fluid with in and out'' because we didn't have desirable players to sell. Since the takeover, we have struggled to get rid of fringe players from the Ashley era.
But with a mix of perseverance with players like Miggy, and patiently waiting for contracts to run out for the likes of Jeff Hendrick, we are just about there.
