You are correct, Cas is very professional and respectful, he could have bitched about being left out but didn't. The only yhing I know that he has said is that he doesn't want to leave, that he likes it here at Manu . His wages are still a problem but if he can start turning in performances like this, not just in European matches but also in the Prem he's worth the money.

THE BOYS SHOULD BE TAUGHT HOW TO BEAT OFFSIDE TRAPS, THEY SHOULD REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING offside. football has changed, if nobody has told them there is this thing called VAR, you cant be naive all the time knowing that your chin could be the difference between an offside decision, just stand like casemiro and kill the possibility of offside. it is really disgusting. almost everyone has adapted but we are still playing football like the 2008 style standing offside before the freekick is taken, hoping to 'magically' get onside. that must stop.

Great analysis. Never heard of you before but I am a convert now. Casemiro has not just silenced the fans and the Utd hierarchy but also the likes of Carragher. Casemiro was off the pace due to a lack of condition and fitness and through that lost his confidence. He has restored pride in himself as his performances have shown what a midfield monster he is. As long as he remains fit he can remain as a top class midfielder. Well done to him and Amorim. GGMU

Absolutely right. We need a young midfielder than can be a starter, do all that basic minimum and have a slightly different profile. Variety is what won us that game on Thursday
His movement for that goal was incredible. Hojlund needs to take notes. Him, Maguire and Bruno have really stepped up of late, as senior squad members. Notable mention to Yoro as well.

In the EPL we have seen that the tactics of Ange Postecoglou are superior to Amorim's since he has beaten Amorim twice.
