🚨 Is Niclas Füllkrug’s time at West Ham coming to an end? The German striker has fallen down the pecking order under Graham Potter, and with tactical changes on the horizon, Füllkrug may no longer fit into the Hammers’ plans. After being dropped for the win against Manchester United, questions are being asked about his future at the club. Is a summer exit now inevitable? 💥⚒️

  1. 18 million would do nicely. Get me Sulemana and a CF. Then Sulemana can be an option for both roles. Mid tier German clubs.. step right up. German for sale.

  2. If Potter is going to let Fullkrug go he better replace him with an excellent player. Because the fans love his attitude. Ok so he’s not the youngest but can’t fault his application and Potter is playing a risky game letting him leave.

  3. It's interesting that Potter has clarified the announcement of the 4 players being released next month. These players are not 'bad influences' in the dressing room! Why did he need to clarify this? The club then states that they are looking at bidding for a £34m striker for the squad! Maybe that explains the isolated Fullkrug sitting on a ball on the pitch! I wonder if Potter is going to clarify that Fullkrug is not a bad influence, despite the fact that we are going to sell him!

  4. Nothing wrong with Fullkrug, just needs time. JWP needs to jog on though, he just doesn't push forward enough. Hopefully next season we get some fresh blood in.

  5. I don't see Fulkrug going and I also don't see us buying a striker … Potter doesn't use them and Antonio not on the released list gives me the impression we won't get a striker. Whats the point if the guy doesn't use them anyway!!

  6. Weren’t we told that Potter is a top man manager when he became the West Ham manager? He probably isn’t if it only takes one interview with a player that he doesn’t like. Surely Potter could use his psychology abilities to work with Fullkrug.

  7. The biggest question is whether Fulkrug is willing to play second fiddle to a young striker. If we solidify the midfield I expect to see 3 up top but I'm not convinced Fulkrug is the top guy. Will he be willing to sit on the bench knowing we don't have European games for him to play?

  8. We’re never going to get anywhere as long as every new manager gets to decide who we sign and who we get rid of. £30m on JWP just because Moyes wanted him, £40m lined up for Kilman just for Lopetegui, now get rid of Fullkrug for the loss just because he doesn't suit Potter and so on…. Sooner or later, we need someone in place long-term to oversee this properly, whether it’s a director of football or someone else. Without that kind of structure and continuity, we’re heading for serious trouble, if we’re not already in it

  9. One thing I support Potter on, is his view of Fulkrug. Our fan base totally overrate him, just like they did Scamacca. I trust Potter with this decision. No way is Potter banking on a slow, injury prone CF and rightly so.

  10. Fulkrug is another in the list of players we are lucky to have but we simply dont have an effing clue how to make the best of them. After which they leave and go on to have better times. I wouldnt mind if it wasnt so regularly the case

  11. Potter might know something we don't. Like he's not capable of playing more than 7 or 8 games per year. Can't see there being many takers though. He'll be there next year.

  12. Fulkrug is a big powerful forward who is great in the air with decent hold up play. He's also got a winners mentality and high standards so he has to stay.

  13. I said from the beginning that he was a gut striker plays a Harry Kane type of game
You can't be a German national striker and be crap .I think he should stay.

  14. It all depends on who comes in for him and what they offer, 32 injury prone if hes under contract and he dont get the money they would have to pay hes contract

  15. Ings gone mikey should be gone loan ends for fergusion we need to keep fulkerg as we can't buy one striker in the last what 4/5 windows never-ending two
