  1. Well it does help a lot when the rest of the league sucks this season too but he has been great

Sorry to break it to some, but several of you just aren’t good at processing football. If a favorite team underperforms for a large part of the season, it’s quite predictable that they will improve form and as a result rise in the table. That’s simply because the gap between obtained and expected points ultimately will narrow and, as yesterday showed, turn into a positive at various points. At the same time, teams that overperformed can be expected to eventually lose ground. There’s always a bit of luck involved, but it was rather predictable, given the potential in the team.

So does freiburg need to lose and us win on last day for us to get to CL?

  5. Crazy when you see that freiburg gained the same amount of points we did, 25. We did really well but im even more impressed by them. Schuster doing a great job. What a shame that that I think they will drop into the europa league, but if they manage to beat Frankfurt, then hats off to them.

I recently looked at the results since March, and after losing to Leipzig we haven’t lost in the Bundesliga. Only the Barcelona game was a loss. He’s been really good

Imagine a team qualifying for the champions league with a negative goal difference.

Niko Kovac looking at his watch is giving off the vibe of an action hero having laid out a ridiculous masterplan without the villain knowing, and then in the climax saying “right about… Now.”

  9. I did not think he would be that good. Big improvement in my opinion. I am excited for next season. Tweak the squad a bit, don’t sell too much talent.
