    In the latest episode of CanPL.ca’s Beyond The Pitch, CanPL.ca and OneSoccer’s Kristian Jack sits down with none other than Tajon Buchanan, the New England Revolution and soon-to-be Club Brugge winger that has taken the Canadian men’s national team by storm.

    The two discuss Buchanan’s rapid ascent with Canada, scoring that goal against Mexico in the Gold Cup, and preview the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, starting Thursday against the aforementioned Mexican side (9:40pm ET/6:30pm PT on OneSoccer and Sportsnet).

      Nice interview, hurry up though, Champions League is waiting. Don't buy chocolate in tourist shops in the center, the god-tier chocolate is sold in bakeries in the suburbs.

      Equipped with amazing confidence, serious speed and skill, Tajon is in his rightful place as one of Canada's top players. Now it's just a question of keeping his cool (hands to himself) and staying focused on team success… letting the scoreboard do the talking back. "Go Tajon"!!! ⚽️ "Go Team Canada"!!! 🇨🇦

      Tajon has been so awesome for Canada this year. So incredibly lucky to have this group working so hard to make the nation proud. Hope the team gives it there all on Thursday night, but Canada’s got their back here at home. We’ll all be cheering!!

      I'm telling you now, by the time the next Gold cup comes around Tajon won't even be at Club Brugge anymore. He has what it takes to make it to a big team in a top 5 European League like David & Davies.
