Fabrizio Romano: In Portuguese, Jorge is pronounced similarly to English, French, Italian etc… not Spanish. Just like with José or João… so Jorge is phonetically similar to the pronunciation of Giorgio or George, for example… The Portuguese "J" never has an "H" sound, unlike the Spanish "J".
Just like City, FFP doesn't seem to apply to Chelsea.
