At Leverkusen he's having to defend in a totally different system. Defending as a wing back is easier than defending as a full back due to the fact he has an extra defender who'll be positioned near his side of the pitch. If we were to sign him then Slot will have to work on Frimpong's positional play during the build up phase & curb his natural attacking instincts to burst forward. We'll only have 2 CB's so Frimpong's defensive discipline will need work. I'd love to see him sign for us in the summer as Trent's replacement. From an attacking prospective him & Salah would strike up a dangerous understanding out in the right.
