So glad this whole mess is coming to a end. Regardless of what we think of Pacqueta on the pitch he must be suffering off it. Hope he can move on from this.

If and when Paqueta is found not guilty, and we sell the player on, can we sue the FA for the difference between the transfer fee and the 85m we were going to originally sell him to City for?

My dream is that Paquetá is found innocent & that he stays with us & goes on to be a West Ham legend in the shape of Tevez, PDC etc. I don't believe we have seen anything like his true potential on a consistent basis, just glimpses. Let us hope that a guilty verdict is not given just to save the FA face. From info to date, there seems no case to answer, perhaps other than by the FA themselves. Come on now, give Paqueta a fair break, and remove this unwarranted burden from his shoulders.
Jusr on a general note – I think the Club's mindset of "Let's improve our squad by selling some of our best players" is borderline insanity. What we actually need is a coach who can motivate, inspire & get the best out of these players. ⚒

It’s not reasonable doubt, its the balance of probability so who in the right might thinks it probable that a footballer earning around 100k risks his career, his reputation, hurts his family and brings shame on his profession, so that a few distant family members can earn a few quid. I have no idea what sort of odds you would get but let’s say it was a 100 quid at 10/1 which is generous odds? That’s a grand! Really. On the balance of probabilities what’s the chances of him risking everything for that sort of money, he could have chucked 50k at the whole island for a Xmas pressie. 😂 if it was multi million pound organised syndicate then yea but this is ridiculous.

It's funny you mention the people in the intro, not because I'm in it, but because only yesterday I was thinking how even though I've been following your videos since around lockdown, I still notice new people in that section of crowd that I haven't seen before quite regularly.
