This is not a transfer guide for Dortmund or that I think we should or will sign these players, it’s just a list of players that I hope Dortmund would buy one or two of that are somewhat realistic.
-R. Cherki (doesn’t need any explanation but he will be quite expensive, around 30-35M euros)
-C. Kostoulas (one of the most talented strikers in the world, could play as Guirassy backup or behind him in a role similar to Beier and Adeyemi, would also be quite expensive for around 20M euros)
-W. Singo (in case we sell one of Can or Süle he could be the perfect player for the right center back position in the 3 at the back system of Kovac, he could also play right back, sadly i don’t see it happening as we probably won’t sell any of the two mentioned and Singo would be quite expensive, I guess around 25M euros)
-P. Sulc (a late bloomer, could be a great backup for the offensive positions and could even play midfield, would also not be to expensive I think he would cost 10-15M euros)
-A. Stankovic (great player for the defensive midfield position, maybe Inter can’t grant him that much playing time next season and he could be available. I think if possible it would be more like a loan deal with a option to buy, I’m not sure about an potential price, also i sadly don’t see it happening)
As I said I don’t think these players will play for us next season, maybe one of them.

First of all: We need carney. This isnt a done deal so far. I hope our board doesnt mess this up.
I also want Sancho back. Gittens joins chelsea and we get chukwuemeka +Sancho. We may have to pay on top.
I don’t follow enough leagues or players make an assessment as the OP. But in general I would have less signing of teenagers and less of players of 27+. The majority of the upcoming signings both the coming summer and next should be of players in the age of somewhat like 22-25 years old with at least two full seasons in a bigger league. Preferably top 5 league, but perhaps also Netherlands and Belgium should be considered.
But I do want a CM/DM of certain quality. And that should by far priority 1 for the summer window.
