  1. That it's was even checked by VAR is appalling to say the least. It was a clear and hard tackle no doubt with the intent to hurt but the Tunisia player fell like he was hit by cutlass very typical of North African play, same player was gallivanting around after that. This is not a contactless sports like table tennis for crying out loud. The tackle was hard and on the ball no way player could be indicted in that regard that's why the decision is correct. Please going forward refs should not spoil this AFCON with funny decisions we've seen enough already. Congratulations to b/Faso. Hopefully this trophy is yours

  2. This is clear defence, and not penalty. The defender aimed at the ball, and it succeeded. It was immediately after the ball was cleared that the Tunisian attacker collided with the defender. The replay shows it clearly.

  3. No penalty. Ball clearance, crystal clear. Tunisians are good at faking penalties. Most of their opponents finished the game with 10 players.
