The PSL season is currently on pause due to the epidemic but…today we are getting to know Kaizer Chiefs’ player: Kearyn Baccus

Baccus is a 28 year old Amakhosi player who has a double-citizenship of both Australia and South Africa…he plays as a central midfielder for Kaizer Chiefs in the Premier Soccer League.

Before coming back to SA, Baccus had spent most of his life in Australia, however he was born in Durban KwaZulu Natal & his professional football career took-off in 2008 when he played for the youth side of Sydney FC.

In October 2018, Baccus signed with Melbourne City FC as an injury replacement player and in July 2019, he signed a three-year deal with the South African side, Kaizer Chiefs
Football career over the years:

Baccus has been an influential player for the Amakhosi’s ongoing campaign, having created 4 vital assists & scoring one goal.
