  1. Anton is so random, figures he plays for us! Forgot he even was on the field and then he wins us the game!

This is the mentality we need. What a way to finish the game. I love this team even though they are trying to kill me

  3. Amazing feeling, still a very lucky win. Should have started with a different lineup, shouldn’t have gone 4itb at the end, but it is what it is. LFG on to Wolfsburg, 3 points to top 4 and Freiburg play Leverkusen next

Terrifying final 20 minutes, but all that matters is that it ends up as three points. We got almost everything we wanted off of our wishlist thus far today. Hopefully Eintracht can do work for us

This team regularly takes years off my life expectancy but at least it doesn’t get boring.

    Damn, I love this team.

  6. Man overall well played, but we have to cut out the self forced errors. So many dumb mistakes.

And learn to step on the opponents neck, we always pull back after a little lead.

  7. *hands shaking, blood pressure through the roof, might have thrown up once or twice* never in doubt, boys

A crazy finish in true Dortmund style. This game should’ve been over in the first half though

this was a grind but good job boys….. need to clean up that defense though, this is now 4 goals in last two games where our opponents had pretty much nothing for the whole game, needs to improve.

Ref should’ve blown the whistle for time when they kicked off, for maximum lulz.

    Otherwise, top game.

Brandt back in it, if he continues like this nobody (reasonable) can have any complaints.

Can’t wait for JBG to be sold.

Özcan has the one thing that Can doesn’t, which is to recognise that he is not as effective offensively as other players and that giving them the ball when he has it (after winning it perhaps) is most beneficial to the team.

Duranville needs to play. I don’t want him to be another Isak, whom I always liked and felt was hard done by.

  11. Hate playing at this stadium every time. Hopefully Baumann is okay.

Kobel, your ass lucked out massively there. Your fuck up almost cost us our hopes for UCL and you better give Guirassy and Anton a great dinner. Today, missing Groß was bigger than missing Beier, seeing Can where Groß should be and repeatedly messing it up is a reminder that this is not his game and Ozcan is a better fit.

Brandt with a great first half and a great goal in the second. Solid performance and Carney once again getting involved in another goal.

Thank God it’s over and onto the next

How are some people arguing that the last goal was a foul on Chukwumeka? The goalkeeper throws his face between Chukwu’s legs and his head hits Chukwu’s legs .. what is he supposed to do? If this is given a foul, then all what any keeper has to do is to throw himself face first between players’ legs to stop any attack.

Both were trying for the ball, the keeper got it first and then they collided. There is not even a hint of a foul.

Controversy aside (I don’t think it was a foul, clearly a 50/50), big props to Kovac for game management.

Loved the rotated starting lineup. Loved the subs of nmecha and sule to keep them healthy. We can’t run down our starting 11 every matchweek and expect not to get injuries. So far I’m in for a Kovac extension this summer (for an additional year).

    Heja BVB!

  14. If Chelsea really want to splash 70-80 Million on Kobel we should take it and run.

His stopping is Worldclass, his passing isn’t enough for a Team like Dortmund.

That was the mentality we are talking about. Congrats Brandt. Hopefully he feels more confident from now on

  16. 13 points out of the last 5 matches the dream of a direct CL placing is still there.

I’m excited to see what Kovac can do with this team after hopefully adding the right pieces this summer.

  18. Honestly good plan from Kovac and he made good subs throughout the game. He has actually managed to bring some good culture after Sahin
