      Every move in Etihad comes with a cost and thats the reason 1000's of extra people are employed so that when the management pressurise to reduce cost -few heads will be chopped to show savings.It doesn't matter to the locals as they haven't seen hardship but what about those who loose the source of income.'it didn't start in 2020 this termination business started in 2015
