He's not only turning his back on liverpool but the Premier League as well.. if he had been open and honest, it might be different.. kids idolised him, so to leave uk now, especially is a bad example..

Look at the respect the fans gave Klopp when he was honest and said he was leaving.
Its nothing to do with loyalty, its about mutual respect. No player or manager is bigger than the club.
If he was honest from the start he would be having fair well matches and parades.
And the argument about what he has given and done for liverpool, thats been mutual. LFC have given him everything he has ever needed to make it to where he is now.

If we know he is going we could have got a replacement in January to ease into the team and teams will put a premium on any replacement knowing we have one window to find someone. We basically have to hope for a cheap buy out clause for a top player.

Liverpool fans are not mad over trent arnold leaving, but by the fact that real madrid is considered a bigger club than liverpool and a better environment to fufill individual European top honor like the ballon d'or and champions league medal, but can we blame trent when all the statistics over the last 10 years show that real madrid is the best place to do that.
