To all those so called experts who Said Leeds are going down . I say
Get lost
Yes he was.
He's my favorite American footie
This isn’t even hype from an American station. From what I’ve seen so far Aaronson could well develop into the best midfielder I’ve seen at Leeds since the O’Leary years. BUT he has to keep going and not rest on his laurels. He’s definitely a worthy heir to Pablo Hernandez.
Espn bias
Well done Leeds. A good team, from a Arsenal supporter have a lot of respect for Leeds fans, deserving of prem football. Let's see how the season goes.
Aronsson was good, liked him at Salzburg. Also like Busio midfielder he's good. But whether they turn worldies just wait and see, Aronsson had one good match, can he do it all season.
Brendan needs a better striker, the striker corps is weak and slow… Leeds are going to be Mid-Table team…win some and lose some but better this season than last….best player not mentioned was Roca, boss!
Wow i guess thats as close as a compliment Steve could ever pay Leeds but he still had to say lets see if Aaronson can keep it going
A very good technical and tactical American manager in the Premier league is a huge step forward for American football.
Stevie has obviously never seen Brendan play for the Union while he was here. Shame that.
Wolves in sheeps clothing
That was Aaronsons goal
shocking how all these teams are better than Man U
Aaronson will become a huge star for leeds, and will probably play more minutes than pulisic this season
Glad to see a former Philadelphia Union player giving us some recognition. His younger brother, Paxton, scored for the Union today, too. Some proud parents here.
Glad to hear positive feedback about Brendon. Waytogo Stevie 😏 And… Dan's right. He did score. I watched that over and over and yes, the defender touched it, but so did Aaronson. And Aaronson's touch would have put it in the net. 9 times out of ten they award that to the offensive player.
But the way he's playing I don't think we'll have to quibble about one lousy goal 😁
Christian who ???
If that had been Mount or Kane, would they have changed the goal accreditation? I think not. Still. Great debut. And he's the perfect pseudo 10 for Marsch's system.
Give Aaronson his goal!!!!!!!
You can tell it bothers burley and nicols to their souls when they have to speak positively about a statesmen
Can we get one thing clear bringing Aaronson in wasn't a Marsch decision. Leeds tried to sign him back in January but Salzburg weren't willing to sell because they were still in the Champions League. Orta had identified him as a target a long time ago well before Marsch arrived.
