Cant believe so many people are calling foden not good enough for england, he is the most technically competent footballer england has ever produced. He needs to play as a deep lying playmaker as he did all the way through his youth development, he is wasted higher up the pitch and imo was only put there by pep because of his finishing ability and because he's good enough to play anywhere…
