Grealish has zero pace, can’t beat a defender 1v1, always cuts inside and predictably passes backwards and sideways, and flops anytime he "attempts" to beat a defender because he can’t actually beat them for pace. While the English press were celebrating him for being a "lad" after the Treble on a week long bender, Pep was making plans to faze him out after that conduct. And Grealish showed up to camp out of shape, got injured quickly, and hasn’t been able to stay fit for 1.5 years since his bender. It’s on Grealish, not Pep.
Or maybe his not pulling his weight in training and when he does get a game he goes missing. I like Jack but he's his own worst enemy at times.

It's his lifestyle. Whenever I hear about him he's been out drinking somewhere. That's not what an elite athlete does. Alcohol inhibits performance. He should know that, probably does, and doesn't care enough. Pity, because there are few players who keep the ball so well.
