Harry Kane plays for England and spurs who both use him as a playmaker which means he has basically become a no10 or even central midfield. Both teams need creativity in a real no.10 to push him up the field so he can become a proper striker again. With Southgate, we have one which is never used and spurs don’t have one.

kane is a player does need pace in his game which his managers are fine with because he scores and assists and gives the game what it needs so when he on the ball hell either create chances or shoot or open up the play which is different to other out and out strikers who stay in and around the box. Many times kane does drop in no 10 positions which allows wingers to go into kane's striker position. kane does run a lot but doesn't mean he's leggy and if he pass is fed to him hell take a touch and create or shoot if there's a chance
all that kneeling, he has crisps for ankles too. Rashford or Tammy Abe for me, need a more fluid frontline.

Rashford playing upfront isn’t the answer. Harry Kane playing every minute is absolutely ridiculous. He’s a serial loser.
Kane is like Teddy Sherringham in that hes never been that quick but its his range of passing that makes him such a good player, for Spurs its Son who has the pace and harry will always find him. Thats why maybe playing him behind Rashford and using Rashords pace to get on the end of his passes might help England

Kanes legs haven't gone, but I agree with the caller. Personally I'd have taken kane off at 60min for Wilson because he'd offer pace, energy and actually do something in play.
Harry Kane never had any legs anyway. He's never been a striker reliant on pace that's not his game but to say he can't last 90 mins is abit laughable tbh. He's still among the best strikers in world football although he does drop too deep at times & I do think he needs more natural pacy players around him to link up with
I never had a problem with his pace but i prefer a no9 who preferred to stay 70%-75% on the box.
Harry's either seriously unfit. I.e. Appears to have very little stamina and strength. He used to have the most deadly shot in the prem, now most of his shots are off target. OR. His legs have gone. He's probably eating fish and chips every weekend.
Kane's always been slow and never turns up in the big moment. But, because of loyalty to him, Pickford, Maguire, etc. the team will never evolve as they will be picked eternally into their late-30s with no regard for other talented players. You literally have to die before an England manager will drop a favourite player, regardless of form, fitness, tactics, formation or criminal record.
Kane never had pace to begin with, I also think he is massively overrated (especially by pundits) and I disagree with this narrative that he always has to start for England…..I think we'd probably be better if we were willing to experiment with alternative options

Everyone is so obsessed with explosive pace and flair now as this is perceived as more exciting on the eye. Players like Bergkamp and Sheringham didn’t have pace but they were much quicker in the mind. Kane is a point of reference to connect the game and link with his teammates and still regularly scores and creates goals!
As a "realistic" spurs fan, I don't know why other fans are in denial every time someone mentions that Kane does not have the pace.. it's just fact 🤦♀️ but he makes up for it in other areas
