Diogo Meireles da Costa born 19 September 1999 is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Primeira Liga club Porto and the Portugal national team.
In the round of 16 match against Slovenia, Diogo Costa was awarded player of the match, as he cleared a one-to-one chance from Benjamin Šeško in the extra time, before saving all three penalty shootouts, Diogo Costa becoming the first ever goalkeeper in the European Championship to do so, securing his country’s qualification to the quarter-finals
