  1. KDB is one of my favorite players to watch over the past decade, but sadly the magic is gone this season. I hope he can make a comeback, but with injuries at this age it seems unlikely.

  2. What can anyone expect since they have NO ONE at least as half as good as him at Man City or Belgium. He's just extremely burnt out because he can't really afford to rest because of lack of rotation players or adequate understudys

  3. His passing deteriorated? 6 assists in 19 prem games, most chances created per 90min in the prem 3.36, considering city as a whole have been poor and at his age coming back from 2 significant injuries ofc his pace will decline.

  4. Funny how a whole team declines for one season and all of a sudden they are washed after 6 years of dominance and people forget Liverpool once also had a dip and yes injuries haven’t helped his cause

And also they don’t share the same attributes or play the same position and he’s more of an playmaker than a goal scorer although Salah has really improved he’s playmaking skills as well

  5. Seen people comparing KDB to 39 yr old Modric & it’s not the same. KDB tore his hamstring to apart to take City to a Treble, came back & won a 4th Prem in a row. Modric plays like once every two weeks in Liga & is a 70th min sub in UCL. KDB is still an All-Timer.

  6. De Bruyne is still very much in his prime; it's just that Pep stopped playing him. He and John Stones can still play at the highest level for the next three to four years.
