About the age, its not like every young player will stay forever anyways. Alot of talents even go for free after refusing to renew contract. Will be intresting to see how many of Arsenals players that will actually remain over time.

Great piece of business to get him on a free. He's very fit for 33 and just had a great 2nd half of the season. Inter would have won back to back league titles if it wasnt for a shocking goal keeper performance a couple of weeks back. Should get 2 quality years out of him. He has a stubborn winning mentality who should lift the whole team.

Signed to many youngsters with potential because they had a sell on value , that potential is never fulfilled and the so called sell on value doesn’t materialise. I’ve said for many years they need a core of older experienced players who have done it before. Ok no sell on value but the free transfer and what they bring works out more profitable overall.

Trust me get ourselfs a player . he can play on every position , rwb , lwb , rw , lw . he has amazing both foots and his header game is very underrated . people in Croatia love him , obviously Modric is motor of our team but he was arguably our best player last 10 years and best scorer . absolute phyiscal specimen and age wont be a problem . super happy for new Croatian in Spurs . Can't wait to see combination from all the players with super high football IQ, they have top skills, positioning (Son!), passing vision (Kane can spray his passes to wingback like no tomorrow), smart rhythms (e.g. Kulu always pause for half a second while dribbling to deceive defenders).. I would believe they can clique, link-up well and create an atmosphere that can bring the best of the whole team .. Hopefully they will run havoc to all the opponents next year!
I love to see Messi play as a left wingback in a Conte system like Ashley Young vs the likes of Tranmere and Bury in the League Cup.
