Touched on the main problem at Stoke at the moment in that the mental side of the game for Stoke players has been absolutely terrible for the last 3 or 4 seasons the technical ability is there but untill Stoke get a manager with the ability to address both technical n mental sides of the problems we will continue to have this slide to religation, sadly Jones just hasn't got the wear with all to solve the problem! Seeing a problem n putting it right are two very different skills n ones I fear Jones just doesn't have at all!
