If hes smart, he will go to Madrid, the guy is pure class, unreal mature for his age, athletic and strong, as long as he doesnt go to liverpool its good.

Maybe in the summer it might be worth heading to Madrid if they can agree terms with Dortmund. For now he'll be focused on the domestic season, and dispatching Chelsea in the UCL R16. He should ensure he goes to a club that prioritizes his growth and development as a player. At his ripe age, sitting on the bench week in week out isn't going to help him all that much when he can be getting regular playing time and continuing to develop under world class coaches and trainers in a hotbed for young German/European football talent. Just my 2 cents
how many midfielders does Madrid want??
I want 19 year old Bellingham to play with Kroos & Modric, I feel like if he learns from them just a bit of their attributes or picks up 5-10% of what they do, he'll be Zidane level. Bellingham can become a GOAT if he learns from them. I don't think he can become a GOAT at Liverpool, he'll reach Gerrard's level but Gerrard is not a goat but just one of the great midfielders, not the greatest players ever.

Madrid were propped by their government, sold cheap land, given preferential rates so they could run on debt..they cheated the system. This allowed them to buy big. Which in turn geared them for success.

He is still young its better for him to go to Madrid. The premier league is just too hard for him to thrive. At the very least he wont be consistent and he wont be given consistent game time. Look at Sancho. Its better he goes to madrid because it suits his style of play. Its not a must he has to play in the premier league.
