As a long time Villa fan I've seen many versions of Aston Villa throughout the years, but there's one thing that has been a common theme that is probably not the best for our fans blood pressure,we always seem to find a way to make things harder for ourselves than what we'd like to in an ideal world & I've endured plenty of tense moments over the years,but it has certainly made supporting Villa interesting for sure. I hope we're hitting good form at the right time & winning 4/5 of the last games in all competitions gives me a little confidence,but anything is possible knowing Villa as i do, but fingers crossed we'll achieve our aims in the end despite the bumpy road we've been on this season,i'd rather we played PSG if we get to the last 8 in the champions league,cos our record at Anfidld isn't the best & Liverpool have good pedigree in the UCL having won it 6 times & i believe when your names on the cup it counts for something,we also have that privilege from our 1982 win in Europes elite competition,PSG have never won it,so obviously their name isn't on the big eared cup that everyone wants to win,but either way whoever we play if we get through on Wednesday it's not going to be easy, it's from now on that we'll really see what the remaining clubs still in the competition are all about, the wheat gets separated from the chaff as some say, it's fine margins at this level & considering the lack of experience we have playing UCL football we've done well to still be in with a chance of being champions of Europe again,but we'll face others that play UCL football more often than not & i think experience is a factor that helps these champions league regulars,but while we're still in it we can win it however unlikely most people think that could happen,but having Unai Emery is a big plus in Europe,keep the faith lads…. up the fuck'in Villa!!! 😁💯✌️
