Jefrey Shulpp need to come back to black stars, Shulpp has been one of the consistant black stars player in europe.

I agree with Charles Taylor 100% because in the 80s, and the 90s the CORE make up of the Black Stars were LOCAL players with infusion of maybe FOUR European based players.
