Surely aerials won per 90 should be replaced with the percentage of aerials duels won? there are a number of elite cbs who cover the ground while their partner goes up for headers. they would be seen as weak in the air on your diagram.

We always look better with Bartley in the team. Wish he hadn’t been such a tit and got himself ban!
The midfield plays a massive part in how much you are exposed to as a centre back, such stats need to be considered in that context. My own club for example, I think it is inarguable we have the best midfield in the division and they simply dominate possession whilst pressurising opponents. Struijk’s job therefore is considerably less taxing than Cabango’s etc etc.
Is our defence so crap they just don’t exist in these stats? Yikes.

All depends how teams play too – if one team sits back and has to defend crosses all game their defenders are going to statistically be higher at headed balls.
