We have no one else to take over from southgate . No one! .the coaching in this country for a so called footballing power is abysmal

Why isn't Southgate under pressure to lose his job? Came into the tournament without a win in 6 games and getting hammered 4-0 at home to Hungary. For some reason going out at an earlier stage than before with a squad of talented players, again to the first good team we faced, has seemed to make him unsackable.
Win against 2 of the worst teams of the tournament, Wales/Iran, could not beat the US, and think they would have easily destroyed Argentina in final.
