  1. Honestly I’m not even sure we want Isak. Yeh I’d take him, but not for over £100m. Not with that injury prone shadow over him.

I believe that Sesko is, and has been for a while now, our number 1 striker target. I also do think we’re monitoring Gyokeres but may be outpriced for him since we 100% categorically also need a top winger.

  2. What a paid media muppet bullshit this was 😂
Arsenal couldn't afford Isak at 63mil, now the guy 130mil and they are still an admirer 🤣
    Pathetic

  3. Amorim doesn’t care about how they dress and eat. He was just using that as an example for his attention to detail under a theory of ‘how you do everything is how you do anything’. It’s about looking at someone and their actions holistically not just looking at the details in isolation

  4. I don’t understand why anyone would want to touch Muani, I’ve not watched him a lot but whenever I do, he misses big chances. I’d much prefer Sesko over Muani.

  5. I hate that the athletic keeps trying to push David Ornstein as some sort of special celebrity / reporter / analyst. He's BORING AF like almost all the other athletic reporters and please keep him away from the litty vibes of the tifo boys.

Also, BRING BACK THE VIDEO VERSION OF THE PODCAST.

  6. Congrats on 300K! Football Meta and Route None are my favourite football channels on Youtube, and you guys take on our favourite sport from such different angles you fit so well together. Good luck for the future!

  7. But we have numerous quality young players that can be given time. Wanner,Vidovich,Aseko Nkili,Aznou,Kratzig, Irankunda,Kusi-Asare, Bischoff,Zvonarek, Buchman. We need to get some of these guys time & at the same time reduce the workload & hopefully less injuries to starters.

  8. wow the lighting on this set is absolutely horrid, as well as the art direction… seriously first time here, and this was soo distracting. it was like watching some doods talking in a overhead neon lit, weird office lunchroom… what is happening, make an effort!!! ha ha ah… what is up with that hella ugly table and table skirt, why is the background lit at the same intensity as the foreground? why is the table top at the same level as the faces. I keep looking at this and am very confused. is this being shot and a.ded by interns?

  9. I don't get why Maguire is getting heat here. It was a bouncing pass in a high-pressure situation that a CB had to shoot with one touch. Zirkzee should never have made that pass, but I'm very glad that he did.

  10. When will these shitty analysts get it. Newcastle ARE a big team. They always have been – but now they're performing as one. They don't NEED to sell Isak and with how well hes doing even if he pushed it'd be for a huge sum of money. PSR is not so bad anymore with them having posted profits for 2024 and the rules changing.

One other thing to consider: Isak has failed to perform under any other manager than Eddie Howe NOTORIOUSLY a manager who significantly improves and has players outperforming their capability across the board.
