I preview GW23 and take a look back at what we learnt from GW22 so far. I still have Palmer as my captain to come andJackson with Foden VC if Palmer misses out its a guaranteed green arrow inside the top7k but wiill these players deliver me inside the top 5k? I reflect on my week so far and look at potential moves but overall very happy with the team, I will definitely make one transfer this week, most likely Robinson for Konate! Foden returned again and this was the second massive haul, I’m now unsure whether to hold him or move him, he’s in great form but FPL is about making early moves so he is on the chopping block. I then talk through the other players who potentiallyy I may look to move on and who has caught my eye!

Good call with foden man, I captained him this week.
I'd keep foden for Chelsea, Ipswich put 2 past them , Chelsea defensively look a mess, foden looks like he did last year, and a massive differential in form.
Foden was a great pick. I'm tempted to get rid this week and do Raya, Foden, Joao Pedro to Pickford, Mbeumo, Gakpo. What do you think?

– FD: Gakpo, Isak, Wood
I have 0.9 in the bank and 1 FT.
Thinking of doing either Gabriel to Trent, or maybe Robinson/ Muñoz to Konate. What do you think?
