Thats the difference between winning and losing at a club. When things are going well, morale is high and players want to play and the ones trying to get into the team have to work so hard to even make it in and try so hard as they want to be in the winning team. But when your losing, its not the same and I think if you had any little thing wrong with you, you wouldn't want to play, or maybe even make things up so you can't play.
