For the love of god don’t make Werner permanent. I’ve defended him but I can’t keep doing it with these bad performances. We can’t sell Reggy now because he’s our starting LB unless we get in a new one at the start of January and then just sell him at the end of the window.

Nice work Chris. I am following spurs journey because of your channel and I have enjoyed Angeball since his Brisbane days. After 18 months of watching from the sides my summary of spurs under Ange is that … spurs fans are at the heart of the club they reflect its culture – thats why spurs will always struggle and likely fail – its fan base is overwhelmingly negative with inflated expectations and no courage or stomache for the work that goes into long term success. Thats why Levy sacked Poch – he's not bothered about the actual football side as long as punter show up and spend at the stadium. 20 years of Levy failure and fans still think its a footy team and not just a cash cow business for Levy? Spurs squad is paper thin, 18 year olds and werner off the bench, Radu, Forster … seriously! and fans expect spurs to be in the top 6 – just looks like delusional fans from my point of view. I wish Ange success still, he wont give up even tho the toxic Ange out fan base will probably force it in the end, they have already given up it seems (fail, new manager, rince and repeat ad inf is the spurs way in the 20th Cent). I can't see the cycle of failure changing at Spurs with the clubs toxic fan culture and Levy in charge. Sad coz i think Angeball is the best football going and this is coming from a Liverpool fan! (I was at the Man City-Spurs game, a great example of it). All the best with your channel. Back Ange or the cycle of failure will repeat forever at spurs (Don't take my word for it just ask Nuno, Conte, Mourinho etc etc).

I'm convinced Werner was alway a stop gap measure for Ange – that he is still at the club speaks volumes for the Levy recruitment restrictions in place – I dont see a good end for this project and I doubt that Levy cares – business is booming at the Levy FC Inc. Ange needs 3 or 4 top draw player right now – with zero chance of getting them – then another 4 or 5 in the summer – for a proper competitive Angeball squad. Again, zero chance Levy will do that. Sadly I think fans need to readjust their expectations. [ And what a wasted potential – still in 3 cups and a euro place of some sort still possible). If Levy can sack a great manager like Poch coz he doesn't fancy spending the money on players to sustain a competitive top 6 club – he will likely sack Ange early rather than late – esp when he perceives the loud and toxic Ange out brigade getting lots of coverage – and the UK media are appalling – they will amplify it 100 fold. Sad for genuine, positive, realistic spurs fans, but thats spurs under the Levy era I guess.
On the positive side Gray has been class playing in a 2nd rate defensive lineup for several games now. He is going to be a top top level midfielder in the EPL. But the fact that the most considtent performer defensively is an 18yo says a lot about the spurs squad – its not relegation level but its not a top 10 EPL level squad at the moment by a long long way.
I love my spurs but why would you come to us COYS

The Edin Tersic rumour seems to have died, don't know if he'd be the right man in the future but it is definitely the wrong time.
Only concern about any new players we (may) get will take time to bed in piling more pressure on an already overworked squad-it can't always be like this people, hang on in there and a Happy New year to you all!
