Poor guy, should’ve stayed at Sporting
I get he wants to play a certain way of football and he wants to play his formation but that doesn’t work with every team you go to. You have to have the players to play a certain way and at this moment in time they haven’t and you can obviously see it’s not going to work you can’t just stick with it when your conceding goal after goal week in week out and hope it changes. You need to adjust.
OMG, the effort here is next level. Totally love it.
Every manager they employ can’t get the results they want maybe its the players who simply aren’t good enough??
