As an Arsenal fan to death, and having seen Martinelli since he joined Arsenal, Im very disappointed on his recent performances, back in those 22/23, 21/22 or 19/20, he easily dribbled through all the defenders, he only scored bangers back then, nowadays, all his goals are completely irrelevant or just Tap-ins, but his downfall started right after that injury against Brighton at the end of the season, he was about to beat the Brazilian record for the more goals in a EPL edition, that injury not only destroyed his consistency in goals, but his confidence, but I also think that Xhaka’s move to Leverkusen didn’t give Martinelli many chances to keep dribbling past defenders as he did when Granit was in the Arsenal, I hope Martinelli regains his confidence, or else, he will be sent on loan.
