Extended highlights from the Gtech Community Stadium, where Bryan Mbeumo scored a 96th-minute winner as Brentford beat Ipswich Town in a seven-goal thriller in the Premier League.

Substitute Liam Delap had seemingly earned the 10-man visitors a point, touching Leif Davis’s cross beyond Mark Flekken to make it 3-3 with four minutes remaining, but the west Londoners rallied and Mbeumo’s cross in the sixth minute evaded everyone in a crowded penalty area on its way into the far corner.

  3. Well, a good win for the Bees even thoough they rode their luck today. Two down after missing chances before Ipswich scored, but then a stirring comeback to go in 2-2 at half-time.
After the break an early goal to give us a 3-2 lead and then numerous chances to put the game to bed which we, unfortunately, did not take. Credit to Ipswich as they came back into the game and made it 3-3. Luckily, right at the death, Bryan saved our blushes with an optimistic cross-cum-short which sailed into the back of the net to give us the win and earn us three very important points.
Games like this we have very often lost in the past, but perhaps we got the rub of the green today and I am very happy about that!
Definitely not our best game of the season, but we got all three points and that is what matters.
That is now 13 points and that takes us that bit closer to our minimum goal of 40 points. Anything above that is going to be a very nice bonus.
I listened to the whole game on the Bees' live audio on the home page and it really was a rollercoaster of a game and not necessarily something for the fainthearted or anyone of a nervous disposition. Fortunately, I survived as did the Bees!
