He entered the league as I entered high school. Then came college, grad school, marriage, and kids. The only thing that never changed was Matty Ice lighting it up every Sunday. Thanks for the memories. Forever Atlanta's QB1.

I miss Matt Ryan
MR was always (and is still) a class act. Only mysteries to me: the Falcons used quite a bit of no-huddle during the SB season and it worked great. Then they seemed to quit doing it. Why???
Matt wasn't particularly athletic or a real 'strong' arm by NFL standards–but the Falcons devised offenses that worked to his strengths and had some really good teams. I'm amazed that other teams have so much trouble with this. Eg. The Jags really can't figure out some kind of offensive game plan that could get similar productivity out of Trevor Lawrence??
