After waking up, and being happy for Argentina on one side, I can't help thinking Qatar helped Messi get the world cup.
They got a free penalty in about every game leading up to the finals, and the final itself was no different. That's just a bit too much of a coincidence, it's a pattern.
Messi landed into a qatar-ran club about 1.5 years ago. If messi would win the world cup, Qatar would always be associated with the best player in the world.
