The USWNT defeated Iceland 3-1 thanks to three incredible goals. 19-year-old Alyssa Thompson scored her first international goal in style to open the score. Jaedyn Shaw dribbled through the Iceland defense to give USA the late 2-1 lead. And Sophia Smith with the outside-of-the-box strike to put the cherry on top.
