Ittihad is the oldest club in gulf region that’s why it has the largest fan base not only in Saudi Arabia but all over the region specially those aged from 30 to 50 years old as the club had it’s best time in late 90s until 2009.
And then the club went to financial crisis leading the club to almost relegation to 2nd division but the fans made it with the club and followed the team in every match it was incredible…I don’t think you can see that a lot in football

In comparison, you should also compare total popultaion of the cities and the countries itself. Suadi Arabia has significantly smaller population compared to their European counterparts.

Why are Europeans so jealous of America? MLS average attendance is limited by Stadium size. The NFL average Attendance is 70,000 and college football average attendance is closer to 100,000 since they play on the biggest stadiums in the WORLD.
There are way more people watching NFL games than Premier league games. NFL and College football have 2 times higher average attendance than Premier League. The NFL alone makes more revenue and profits than ALL 5 MAJOR EUROPEAN SOCCER LEAGUES COMBINED!!!😂
MLS will be the biggest soccer league in the world by 2040. Because all of the big sports leagues in the world are AMERICAN. MLS already about to surpass Ligue 1 and Serie A in revenue. Won’t be too long until it surges past La Liga. Because…the US has a $85,000 GDP Per Capita(double the UK’s GDP Per Capita almost) and the US population is 345 million people.
It’s inevitable that any sport that gets popular in the US will always be the biggest sports league in the world. Y’all Europeans just have no idea how much richer America has gotten compared to Europe over the past 15 years. US economy is growing 3 times faster than Western Europe, so the gap is growing at a fast rate. Won’t be long until US GDP Per Capita is double that of Germany
