This man is not able to do the job. It's simply too much for the poor guy. The football is good to watch, the players are playing with creativity and flair, but they are not a winning team and this man seems to be blaming his players for what is basically his fault. Put him out of his misery.
He will never criticize the players in public. It's not in his DNA but he is absolutely incandescent with rage at some of the performances in the second half. Expect to see Udogie and Bentancur benched for the foreseeable future. Brighton are a bang average mid-table club and showed it in the first half. The game should've been out of sight by then. The second half was a pub team performance.

The team are not organised in defence and all 3 goals were caused my panic at the back, very simple mistakes! We need a holding midfielder and adjust the way we play in certain stages of games! Ange is a bit naive in the premier league, he isn’t managing in the SPL anymore!!
