Christ we have 2 of the most injury prone strikers in the league. Gust of wind and Isak is out for 6 weeks. As for the third, osula couldn’t fill his boots against a division two side. This transfer window man, jokes, 87 year old John ruddy, a Greek keeper whose name no one can pronounce, the utterly abysmal Lloyd Kelly (yeah no one was queuing up for him exactly) and osula, guess he was our marquee signing eh. Need to show some ambition in the next two windows or this whole thing unravels. Still not convinced by the manager. I like him, he’s hardly a talentless toad like Bruce or mcclaren, but I think he’s limited, and he just cannot make tough decisions, there are players still at the club who under a less sentimental manager would be gone. We need a tactician and a no nonsense hard ass to come in and get into this lots ribs, turning it on v citeh and rolling over for a belly rub like your nannas puppy against the detritus isn’t good enough. Hope I’m wrong but thoroughly expect another terrible showing tomorrow. Can’t keep relying on Barnes’ unerring ability to pull something out of the hat to save us.
