Apart from one pass to Bowen there wasn´t much to get excited about in Paqueta´s performance. Hopefully he will be able to show more of his talent when he gets up to the speed of the EPL but so far he´s looked much better in the european games. And when he can speak some english.

Paqueta has a great touch and great strength, but he needs to move the ball more quickly and take one or two less touches if he is to flourish in the Prem. He seems to benefit from playing a little deeper, as a no.8 rather than as a no.10 as it gives him a little more space in which to operate and a bit more time on the ball? But opposition midfielders will target him if they know he dwells on the ball for too long.
I think he is going to be a great asset for WHUFC though. I look forward to him developing a good understanding with his team mates, he seems to already have a great rapport with Declan Rice. I hope he starts scoring soon too.

Sometimes ppl don't watch the game, they only want to see incredible passes or goals and assists, football is more than that
