  2. He even made the same mistake at the end where the OG 8 min AB guy says " 30 seconds" where ther is only 10 seconds left. This dude straight up stole the OG 8 min ab workout, is watching it on mute with subtitles and just reading. Good work GANG!!!!!!

  3. best part about being a G male and wanting to get into shape is researching exercises. It's an all round win, get a great effect workout and you get to see an attractive man with a nice body who is teaching you haha.

    Jokes aside thank you for the video, will be adding these to my workout, im a beginner so I wont be able to do these perfectly but in time I'll smash it!
