RB Leipzig lost 2-3 (1-0) against the Italian club Juventus Turin on the 2nd Champions League matchday. Benjamin Sesko scored with a powerful shot just under the crossbar to make it 1:0 after a great assist from Lois Openda! Shortly after the start of the second half, Juve equalised through Vlahovic (50′). But then Juve goalkeeper Michele Di Grigorio was shown the red card for a handball outside the penalty area (59′), before Douglas Luiz caused a penalty with another handball. Benjamin Sesko converted safely (65′). Juventus did not give up even when short-handed and equalised again through Vlahovic (68). Although RBL piled on the pressure in the closing stages, in the end it was the Italians who scored the winner through a solo effort from Francisco Conceicao (83′).

  1. How on earth is that a red card? It's not even touch, talk less of a foul, neither a clear goal scoring chance nor the last man! Corrupt club, I'm happy you lost😊

  2. As a Juve fan, nothing against Leipzig – their playing Juve anthem before the match was class act – but shameful refereeing. Utter incompetence at best, sabotage at worst. F UEFA.

But anyway it's "fewer" (not "less") and the club name is Juventus without the city name (like Arsenal, no one says "Arsenal London" 💀).

  3. Leipzig had a phenomenal team and It could have been 4-3 or even 5-3.Props to the players.

However it you could see it from a mile away how UEFA Mafia was trying so hard to give Leipzig the win. It’s disgusting and quite frankly embarrassing.A red that never was and a pen that was 50/50

Anyway,Juve the bigger squad here obviously but still, props to Leipzig. They have a lot of quality talent

  4. What an incredible match! Both RB Leipzig and Juventus gave everything on the field, and the intensity was off the charts! The back and forth action kept me on the edge of my seat, and even though Leipzig fell short, they fought with heart and determination until the very end. Juventus showed their class and experience, managing to pull off a victory in such a tight contest. This is what Champions League football is all about—pure passion, skill, and unforgettable moments! Kudos to both teams for delivering an absolute thriller!
