A year ago Morgan Roger’s was on the bench for Boro, now he has the successful dribbles in the champions league and is on the verge of an England call up

That’s the wildest apostrophe I’ve seen in a while.

I sincerely hope that Lai Guochuan and Luke Dowling spend their days stepping on upturned plugs for the rest of their lives. Fucking let Rogers go to Man City despite not wanting to leave and being a massive Albion fan from a family of Albion fans, and then he ends up with them fuckers.

Well, I hope he does well pal.

Playing in the premier league and champions league is better for players who cannot cut it in the mighty championship

I swear at the start of last season when all the new signings were gelling, people were saying he was shite
Glad some Boro fans continue to prove they know nothing about football
15 mil feels too cheap now though

Sometimes a manager can see something in a player that his current manager cannot. It’s just how it is. Look at Havertz at Arsenal.
It’s no shade on Boro.

Ha, none of you can tell me to fuck off now that you’re talking about one of our players!

Amazing to see his stats up there with legends like Samardzic, Zhegrova and Dedic

Its funny that Villa sold Philogene to the championship, bought another Philogene type player from the championship in Jan and then bought Philogene again.
Loved Rogers on FM at both WBA and City. Glad he’s doing bits in real life but I have no idea how he gets into the England team (not because he’s not good enough)

He looked really good for us when we finally started to play him at striker. It was too little too late sadly.

I was very surprised when Villa came in for him last January. At the time he was only just starting to make an impact for us and I hadn’t seen loads to make me think he was ready for a prem side competing for top 4. My expectation was he’d largely sit on the bench but he’s proved me completely wrong and done great. I guess Unai might be better at spotting talent than me

Really didn’t look like much when we had him on loan either. Seems to have put it together really quickly.

Strange one, equally Duran could have been a hammer this season and could have been a different outcome last night. Sliding doors moments etc

He was properly properly shit for us when we had him on loan, but was such a nice lad I always hoped he’d do well.
Shows what a bad scout I’d be because I didn’t think he had good enough touch to make it at the top level!
Well done Morgan!

Most great players were useless bastards at some club or another in their career. Few fans know anything, even less know that they don’t know anything.
