  1. Worst start ever in our history.

Lowest goal tally, lowest points tally, worst goal difference.

    Happy fucking birthday Cardiff City

Oh and according to our board “it’s not a crisis”.

  2. We always start our seasons in October. So Tuesday at home to Blackburn is where we kick on and start winning right?…right?

  3. Glad the results were forgiving at the top of the table, yesterday was a painful watch. Naive to give Bannan so much space to operate in.

Can’t complain with an otherwise excellent start to the season though, hopefully we continue our momentum into October.

  4. My favourite time of the week! Really appreciate you doing this.

Love that Rovers and Sunderland are separated on games won! Other tie breakers are equal!

  5. We have been terrible, but in full stadium build mode. It’s not pretty but that was the main incentive of getting up to the prem. Parachute payments, how that happened who knows but it beats being in the Skrill league

  6. I’m starting to believe that there are precious few more iconic duos than Middlesbrough and being just outside playoff places.

  7. I fucking love looking at the table in this Teletext format. Thanks for getting it done each week.

  8. Finally we won’t play a top team in our next game, this start has been brutal albeit promising. I think we’ll start picking up points now

Well despite the chaos and the gloomy atmosphere at Stoke at least we’re not in the bottom 3.

I’ve fully accepted that we’re going to fighting relegation this year by the looks of things.

  10. Sunderland being exposed as a mid table Championship team again I see.

Blackburn promoted via the Play-Off’s is my prediction.

  11. We’ve come through a baptism of fire against the 7 teams who, at least betting odds wise, were set to take the top seven places in the league. 4 points when many predicted we’d get nothing. Some games we’d have taken a draw from we ended up leaving with a loss due to switching off during the latter parts of the game.

The good news is a lot of those games we held our own. But performances don’t win you games! If we were going to need to learn lessons I’d much rather it be against teams we weren’t expecting points from. One thing is for sure… you get punished for mistakes at this level. Games we probably should have lost last season but managed to fluke a win… we almost certainly will lose in the Championship.

    Season starts now!

Still Top of the league, Wednesday are our bogey team. The Match in terms of an Albion perspective was overshadowed by the death of one of our fans after a Medical Emergency, kudos to the Albion fan who was an Off Duty Paramedic for trying to save his life. Not going into details or opinions on what happened

Back to the Match First Half We were awful, Racic has looked good when he comes on but him and Diakhate aren’t great together, Mowatt and Molumby are our best Midfield. Second half to be fair Carlos changed it up and for a moment It looked like we would push on and win, Mowatt showing his class, MJ Lively, Maja and Fellows linking up again, When Mowatt came on we had more room to operate I noticed in the First half everyone kept getting in the way, Maja was dropping deep, Mowatt being there allowed Maja and Swift (who is inconsistent) to push up. But then Carlos over gambled took of Ajayi our best Defender for more attackers. Fair Play to Wednesday they played well.

For Middlesbrough I would bring Frabotta in for Heggem who I like he is miles better than Connor Townsend but he has gone of the boil, Mikey Johnston needs to be brought in for Grant my one fear is that MJ Tricks for how he did well have been found out by other teams but if we start him he may be able to do it, and Molumby and Mowatt or just one if the other isn’t quite fit into Midfield. If I was being picky to Swift would be replaced by Walace as a Number 10 with Grady to cover Fellows of the bench
