  1. The team that we put out was not the same team that every other team that came to Celtic park have faced. Bratislava didn’t lose a single qualifying match for the CL so are you saying that Falkirk could achieve that? They were just facing the reserves and as soon as more first team players came in we rolled them over

  2. We are always too quick to judge players. Palma was and is a great player. He needs to learn to track back and not always take players on. Hes going to be targeted too and he needs to handle thw abuse he'll get from scottish players. Kyogo is a great example he gets battered most games but just gets on with it. I think palma wil come good. Lay off him fs 💚

  3. What was micheal stewarts comments about a scottish team full of young scottish talent 🤔 mentioned it more than once in the first half as if he was digging at celtic 🤔 is he for real

  4. Our starting wingers both Palma & Forrest have no pace, poor at counter pressing and slow at tracking back. The defence and midfield had no out ball with these two in the squad and this led to Idah getting nothing upfront.

We needed Khun and Yang to generate the pace in the game and feed Idah.

Forrest is supposedly looking at a new contract. He is not a starter, only useful as a sub.

We need a new, quality, pacy winger ASAP. The young guy from Lausanne we were linked with would have been perfect.

  5. Hi BHOYS , Great respect to Falkirk for not parking the bus , at least they gave us a bit of a game . Now to the nitty gritty , Falkirk scored against us TWICE , so we we need to tighten the defence for the Dortmund game , and believe me Dortmund can be beat , we have 6 players who can damage them , the game plan ? ATTACK AND DONT LET THEM SETTLE . HAIL HAIL , 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

  6. It's only when he's not in the team that you appreciate Greg Taylor.

In his time at Celtic we've paid £3 million for Bolingoli, £4 million for Bernabei, we've taken a Uruguayan international on loan from AC Milan and we've now got a Barcelona player on loan.

None of them were a patch on Greg Taylor (albeit it's far too early to judge Valle) so maybe, just maybe!! Greg Taylor isn't as poor as so many fans think he is?

  7. I have been a Welsh fan, always seeing the best in him since his debut. However, I believe his time is now up, not good enough and certainly no progress has been made. Adios Amigo, go somewhere else, preferably overseas to give yourself a chance.
In complete contrast Big Rocky looked solid as a rock when he came on and didn’t miss a pass or a tackle.

  8. Valle was fouled before their opener and again prior to their second. He can only improve, especially with increased confidence.
He was very skilful on the ball, but Hatate and McGregor were well off it. Hatate has been poor in every game as far as I am concerned, he always gets the royalty treatment who then sulks like a kid!

  9. Reality is you can’t play the same 11 for 60 games you have to feed fringe players in and this seemed like the perfect game to do it . What if we had played a full team and we picked up a couple of serious injuries then the talk would have been gross stupidity taking risks when you don’t have to . My view is in games like this you put a team out you think will get the job done and if struggling bring on the big guns .. That’s what happened and the weaker starting line up meant for a cracking game to watch so I’m absolutely fine with it ..

  10. Palma and Welsh were beyond awful. Valle looked promising in the attack but when the falkirk attackers were allowed to have their own WWE moment with him without the ref interfering he was lacking defensively, much due to Palma being incapable of running back.

Trusty was out of position for the 1-0 goal. Valle literally got held back from the ball by the Falkirk player and Trusty didnt step up but allowed for the shot. Good shot but Trusty didnt look his pricetag

  11. For me Hatati doesn't want to be here, clearly sulking he never got his move in the summer & performances have dropped since. If it continues then shift him as we don't want an unhappy player if we get 10m for him & reinvest it we can get someone as good who actually wants to play for the club HH🇮🇪

  12. Palma was poor but he can’t be match fit. That has to be taken into account. Valle, Welsh, Forrest, Hatate and Ralston were equally as bad. I doubt Valle will ever play for Celtic again. I suspect there’s youth players at left back who are much better than him.

  13. Cant agree with that. I Cal and Reo were not tired and we had the rest of our first 11 playing, it would have been 5.0 by half time. That was not ever likely to be the case v Rangers

  14. The respect the crowd has at Celtic park around the word is mainly due to the Green Brigade -however I think an invite and encouraging people to be more vocal is great, but don't expect it from fans who have paid hard earned cash to watch and support their team. Everybody's different, but I agree in essence about encouraging the best fans in the world to more participation.
Like appealing to the fans to help support the team by being more vocal. How about having more drums or instruments that can help motivate and encourage the fans to sing?
