In the 3rd edition of our series, the gang travels to Germany to meet World Cup winner and goalscorer in the 2014 final, Mario Gotze. He discusses his return to fitness and mental recovery to get back into contention under Hansi Flick.
They also take a trip to the Allianz Arena to watch Bayern Munich play and head to Austria to meet Atdhe Nuhiu and discuss their thoughts on the tournament.

This series can't reach 100k views, such a poor draw.
So cool to meet that Eritrean footballer!
I'm not a philosopher or history major. can someone explain to me what makes this "postmodern"?
You mean I have to wait a whole day for Ep 4??? Not sure I can take it!!! Just watch Eps 2 and 3 back to back. Loving it so far!
Clearly a vox / vice crew working freelance
Mario naming his child after Roman Roy 🤣
The way you filmed goetze you deserved to have your cameras stolen 🤦♂️😂
Super Mario♥ Forever a legend at PSV!
Loving this series so far! Top stuff!
@7:02 "to watch one of the most dominant teams in German football"…well that's an understatement
The man who saved the world from noise pollution ❤️
So proud of Götze. It was a social media rollercoaster when he was suddenly spotted in Eindhoven. The snackbar owner across the road posted on Twitter that he was at the stadium and everybody laughed at him, but that very night he turned up on club socials. Never imagined Götze would ever play for PSV, but I'm proud my club was able to help him get his career back on track. Great player and great guy.
It’s right: Bayern has Qatar Airways as a sponsor but the fans hate it! For example they demonstrated at the famous „Jahreshauptversammlung“ last year…
Love Goetze, have seen him talk about all the troubles he's had before and he's still got a great attitude
Camera work is absolutely terrible. Feels like it's been filmed by a bunch of amateurs.
This is really enjoyable to watch, best episode so far. Funny, informative, interesting. The section with the piano music and shakey cameria was quite beautiful – and the former Captain of Eritrea showing up is absolute gold!
Saw a documentary a couple of years ago which highlighted how Gotze and Schurrle had struggled after that injury time winner, really cool to see Mario pull his career around again.
Lovely, lovely series. Would have loved if they asked/included a question about Abraham Tedros and if he, like many other Eritrean athletes/footballers defected from the country while on duty as a baller.
Miller is always on the ball
Why is the cameraman drunk every single day.
4:20 Seems like whenever players see a filming crew they think its Netflix and switch to saying Soccer…Since when did a German call it soccer 🤦♂
Amen
WHERE IS THE MAIN CREW ??
Why is Qatar Airways on the Bayern Munich jersey ?
Atdhe Nuhiu. A legend of Kosovar football ❤️🇽🇰❤️🇽🇰
"There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed." –Ray Goforth
Russia threatened, Qatar bribed openly and USA bribed in a name of donation.
Prior and latter won’t be questioned simply because they’re…. Well, white. Racism exist and created by the same group of people who wants to be hailed as the champion of humanity.
Yessss give me more 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Happy to see him again and talk about his winning goal. So glad for him despite all the troubles he has had post-World Cup 2014.
Big up for the jungle clip!!
The music was so sad 😭😭😭😭
Sepak bola sangat menyenangkan baik bermain atau menontom
Dulu saya suka melihat east bengal di liga champion Asia suksek sepakbola
loving the series guys, but next time get a professional camera man please 😀
As a Bayern fan the last scene from the Munich match with piano playing in the background was magical.
love this stuff guys!
The voice over makes it feel like a piece for vice
Really feel like this series would have benefitted from being released as one long video. So hard to keep up and stay invested over so many separate little chunks
